Sorrento Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi has introduced a new menu much to the delight of its patrons and the already lively restaurant is buzzing even more. Twirling the delicious Riesling in our hand we were served the Burrata salad followed by Tonnato, pork loin that looked as delicious and beautiful as it tasted. But of course you can take your own pick and begin the antipasto with other Italian classics like the Gamberoni or Gravlox salmon. Then there is the other offerings like soups to begin your tasty meal. We tasted the pasta and the mushroom risotto after the pork loin and then hopped on to the Regina pizza cooked right in front you in the oven ending with the mushy delicious chocolate dessert.
