Mango sticky rice; Crispy Muri Asupara Maki Roll with Black kuru

Chef Nishant prepared Indian inspired world cuisine for the taste of the delighted guests and patrons such as the “Crispy Asupara maki roll with black kuru, “Chicken yaki with fresh shitake”, “Wasabi mushroom with mint compressed melon”, “Seaweed risotto with summer vegetable and sesame oil” and paneer with marmalade that made a colourful presentation- picture square cubed paneer with orange marmalade as its top décor. These tantalizing and scrumptious dishes cooked right in front of you at the state of the art live kitchen by the well known French cookware brand allowed an interaction that was lively and full of light as well as serious food banter.
