Hrithik Roshan unveils new Lightweight Luxury by Rado

Rado, the globally recognized brand, famous for its innovative design has added yet another feather to its cap when it opened its new boutique at the DLF Mall of India, NCR. The occasion was also the official launch of  its lightness inspired new collection. The launch was marked by the appearance of Bollywood hearthrob Hrithik Roshan who is the brand ambassador for Rado. The actor also interacted with bloggers and media persons who participated in a session where they had to style on sketches, keeping in mind the lightweight concept.

The new collection included the True Open Heart with its diaphanous mother-of-pearl dial evoking feelings of weightlessness and the True ThinLine timepieces that seem to float on the wrist with their restrained lines and ultra slim profiles.The lightest in the collection was the HyperChrome UltraLight that is made of 3 feather light materials like silicon nitrade ceramic, hardened titanium inserts and anodized aluminium bridges. The other design included were non-ceramic  such as the Hyper Chrome 1616 which uses a new titanium hardening treatment achieving a new mark in comfort and durability. The treatment makes the titanium 5 times harder and reduces the weight of the watchmaking steel to a half.

Commenting on the launch, the Bollywood actor stated “Rado is known for being visionary and has yet again created something so simple and beautiful that it instantly catches your eye. For someone like me who believes that less is more, this collection draws all my love I am really excited to launch these stunning watches today and am sure they will be loved by watch enthusiasts.”

Luxury watch enthusiasts can now head to the new Rado boutique that will remain open everyday from 11 am - 8:30 pm.
