Kavita Ghai, nutritionist made some crucial point on how the generation is very demanding and expects excellence but make some nutrition mistakes. "Their dependence on processed foods is worrisome as this is fuelling the lifestyle diseases epidemic, and so is their tendency to get their health information from internet, which is not always right, and actually ends up confusing their mind and body both," she said
A rapt audience including journalist, mothers and few children took notice as Dr Ekta rightly put it "you can enhance your teeth digitally, but you can't photoshop yourself to good dental health."
