Stylish new menu at Shangri-La's - Eros Hotel, New Delhi
The beautiful Shang Palace at Shangri-La's - Eros Hotel, New Delhi, is beginning the new month with a brand new stylish menu. The three expat speciality chefs Chef Ye Haijun, a dimsum culinary master, Chef Kong Fanyi, an expert of Chinese barbeque and Chef Fulei, a proficient wok chef, have put together an innovative culinary line-up of authentic delicacies that will get you salivating with the beautiful presentation and taste. Your dining experience is bound to elevate to the next level with the amazing delicacies that these chefs have put together.
The 47 year old legacy, the 39th Shang Palace in the world, the restaurant is the most celebrated Chinese speciality restaurant at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi. The best part about the menu is that there is a lot on offer for vegetarians as well keeping in fact that a good number of people are converting into vegetarian around the world.
We tried a good number of dishes that included the sizzling water chestnut and mushroom XO dumpling by Chef Ye Haijun’s, steamed Chicken wonton in Sichuan chili garlic oil and more. Chef Kong Fanyi is offering signature dishes likecCrispy roasted duck with Beluga Caviar, honey glazed barbeque Iberico pork, Beijing roast duck and Shang Palace roasted pipa chicken, that will satisfy your tuymmy but still leave your palate wanting for more.
