Traditional Indian wear gets a refreshing twist at ICW
The 3rd of the ongoing Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers India Couture Week 2014 saw stunning collections by designers Monisha Jaising, Varun Bahl and Rohil Bal.
Monisha Jaising showcased her 'World Bride' range inspired by the Indian and European culture. Showstopper Lisa Haydon was seen in a heavily-embroidered lehenga with a chic knotted white top. Designer Varun Bahl's 'Indian Moderne' showcased modern versions of traditional Indian wear with flowy silhouettes, in anarkalis, saris and gowns. Designer Rohit Bal concluded the 3rd day of the event with his royal collection that was dominated by shades of ivory and gold.
